Description

A waterproofing membrane made of distilled bitumen and elastomeric polymers (SBS). Pluvitec has a unique reinforcement of composite polyester, providing excellent dimensional stability. A layer of minerals on the outer surface reduces heat absorption, enhancing the membrane’s durability. The Pluvitec Tech brand has two layers:
1. The inner layer weighs 3.5 kg per 1 sq. m and is intended for direct bonding to the concrete surface of the roof; the outer and inner surfaces are smooth.
2. The outer layer weighs 4.5 kg per 1 sq. m and is directly bonded to the inner layer on the concrete surface of the roof.
Pluvitec Tech 100 is the ideal waterproofing membrane for temperature conditions ranging from -15°C to +110°C. Unlike many waterproofing membranes on the market, it doesn’t tear thanks to the presence of a high-quality rubber component.
