Description

Fiber cement facade panels are composed of cement, quartz, water, and reinforcing additives such as processed cellulose fibers or polypropylene microgranules, providing the material with unique strength and durability. Ceradir V is a cladding material that has an excellent design, self-cleaning functions and all the characteristics for use in low-rise and high-rise construction. They do not deform or crack due to temperature and humidity variations. The facing surface of the product is covered with a protective-decorative layer of ceramics, photoceramics, which neutralizes the negative impact of UV rays on the cladding and allows maintaining the panel’s color for up to 30 years. The material is non-combustible and, under thermal exposure, does not melt or release toxic substances. There are several hundred varieties of textures available, imitating wood, brick, stone, and plaster, with a rich color palette. Developed in Japan, where earthquakes are not uncommon, fiber cement panels are seismic-resistant and meet wind load requirements.
